Amazing! Everything from the staff, resort grounds to the rooms was amazing, so many little touches. If you still want to be close to what the Gold Coast has to offer but you want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to book. My partner and I will be back and we reccomend this place to everyone.

The god .. The facility looks and feel new .. the reception staff are friendly .. the bad housekeeping is horrible .. one of the worst .. they wouldn’t clean tables and didn’t clean the mugs .. never clean the carpet in 10 days .. we ask for sheet replacement by putting the card and they didn’t do it .. also upon checkout there were 700 AD extra charges .. they removed them but I would pay attention or I would try another hotel .. they lost my business

A pleasant family trip
The resort itself was really nice - the pool area was amazing, the jumping pillow and playground proved very popular and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Due to the location, a car is a must if staying here, but unfortunately we found parking over the weekend was quite a challenge. The resort doesn't have designated parking for hotel guests, so when we got back to the hotel on Friday and Saturday nights, all the parking was used by people attending for events or the restaurants, which was a little frustrating.
