Hotel was nice. very central to everything, shop, restaurants, beaches… ect. Pool area was packed with little ones from the hotel, rooms where basic with some upgrades, new building construction on city view side but wasn’t that bad for noise from 7am-5pm

Why does it smell soo bad?!!!
I would not recommend this place. The entire room reeked of raw sewage coming from the sinks and bathtub drain. It was so disgusting. The smell filled the entire room and made us want to vomit. It seemed they were overcompensating by the bad smells by pumping a strong obnoxious manly scent into the hallways. I

Horrible experience
None of the pictures posted on site are what the rooms actually look like. If you like low quality uncomfortable sleeping conditions stay here. If you like being comfortable and accommodated stay far away from this building. Twin size bed not queen! Bathrooms are disgusting, shower barley worked, bathroom smell like poop, toilet didn’t flush. Last thing the dude helping w bags is a little off so if he end ups all in your personal space just think back to review.

Not quite ready.....
We ended up with Room 1805 - Platinum room (this was an upgrade for us). This room is not conducive to two friends sharing a room! The room is SMALL, especially with 2 queen beds in it. There is NO CLOSET and NO DRAWERS to store any clothes. The bathroom (very large by comparison to a standard hotel room, with floor to ceiling windows) had some hooks and a rod sticking out of the wall with some hangers. Storing/hanging clothes in a bathroom that can get all stinky and steamy is not ideal! The door to the bathroom is a sliding barn door. It did not close all the way and provided NO PRIVACY for anyone using the bathroom. Sitting on one of the beds provided a CLEAR view of anyone changing in the bathroom! While the bedroom area had blackout curtains to darken the room, The bathroom barn door sat more than 2 inches from the wall and provided VERY little seal from the sunlight blasting through the floor to ceiling windows in the bathroom! The outdoor terrace had artificial grass with a tile border all the way around. The grass was SOAKED from the rain prior to our arrival leaving the terrace unusable (unless you wanted to have very wet shoes). The tile area had a drain but the artificial grass did not. The terrace on the room next to ours was completely tiled. If I were traveling myself or with someone I was sharing a bed with, I may have been ok with this room. If this room is indicative of the other rooms in this property, I don't see myself returning

The service was good early morning, the service was not great in the late evening. The floors in the rooms were dirty, not clean, my white socks were covered with dirt at the bottom. Coffee was not served long enough, the bathroom soap holders were painted and peeling. Room service should be automatic, not 24 hour advanced notice

First time to Honolulu
We traveled to Hawaii for my buddies 50th. We stopped over in Kauai for 5 days, Honolulu for 2 days and Maui for 4 days. This was my first time in Honolulu so did have many expectations. My buddy originally booked 2 rooms, but we only got 1 key. So 4 of us stayed I. The same room which wasn’t horrible, but the Hotel never mentioned the seconds room. The second night, a booked another room for confront reasons. The hotel staff said they’d had no additional rooms, but their website said it did. Later, when I went to go check out, my card kept declining on their end, but going through on my end. The young manager finally figured it out and fixed the problem. The bathroom bar doors don’t fully close and leave a gap on either side of the bathroom opening. All in all, I give it a high 2 or 3 out of 5. The pool is cool and location to food and shopping is good. The management and operational side needs a little fine tuning.

Good value
This hotel has a lot of good qualities but it’s not consistent. For instance, they put two complimentary Peligrinos in the room but the toiletries are motel 6. The checkin process is super slow with long lines, but there’s a nice man who chats with you and gives you water to distract you. There was good quality free coffee but the leather chais in the lobby are stained with body oils. All in all it’s a good stay for the price, but I wouldn’t stay here if it were a special occasion or you have high expectations.
