The hotel is lovely as always, even with the lockdown. I do wish they would change their amenities back to Roger&Gallet. Their own brand is horrible.

Great location, view, service & a comfortable bed! Only issue is the ventilation in the room was not working properly so it was extremely hot and we were unable to sleep properly because of this. One of our towels also had a foul smell which was very strong, we couldn’t use it. We had spares so just avoided using that one. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent Hotel
The hotel was excellent, great location, facilites and staff. the only issue was that the rooms possessed little soundproofing. Unfortunately the women in the next room was grieving and although the hotel staff did check the occupant was okay we got little sleep from around 5AM. We appreciate that the hotel could not prevent the noise but we expected the rooms to better soundproofed and we were exhausted on our final day.

My first time at Pullman Kings Cross Hotel & I loved it. Friendly & helpful staff. Felt safe in relation to COVID. I was lucky enough to check-in early & was even upgraded. The Deluxe room was clean, comfortable & with amazing views of London. Breakfast service & food was amazing!

Had to cancel due to COVID they wouldn’t give me a refund or a voucher. So they have just taken my money! The hotel looks amazing but to just take my money with no offer of a voucher is pretty poor.
