Lovely hotel but extremely noisy.
This hotel is in a great location for exploring Bruges, tucked away from the main tourist routes. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean and had excellent amenities. The room itself was nicely presented. However, we did not sleep well here - the mattress was extremely hard, and the room was very very noisy. There was absolutely no soundproofing to the point where we could hear our neighbours going to the toilet. We were kept awake at night by people outside our window (we were on the ground floor) leaving a local bar, and then woken up very early in the morning by people leaving their rooms and crockery clattering together at breakfast. Because of this, I wouldn't return to this hotel.
