It was adequate for a last minute stay where we arrived late and left early. It was clean enough, the beds were comfortable enough, it was quiet enough. The room was a mix of salvaged cabinetry and smelled dusty, but it did the job. The 3 star rating and fee for the room was accurate and fair. I wouldn't want to stay longer than I had to, but would stay again if the need arose.

Reasonably basic room. Light in shower didn't work. Shower had hot & cold water taps rather than a mixer. Bit of an ant problem in the kitchen. Grounds could do with a touch of maintenance
