Excellent bespoke service. We went on a tour and the staff collected our washing from a local laundromat. Even more impressive was we didn't even remember the exact location as we'd left our collection ticket in the room but with an email description they found it! Overall brilliant service, lovely rooms and a fantastic rooftop bar with 360 views over old town. Highly recommend
