overall good but room condition can be better
Amazing and good staff service at counters. however, during first night the water heater system is not fully functioning and we need to use cold water for shower and the problem is not rectified even after engineer's service. However the staff is helpful and changed our room with a functioning water heater. Nevertheless, the new room also gave us trouble during last night as the air conditioning is not cold enough and we were sweating few hours before we wake up for the airport. There was no time to rectify this issue which is a shame given the hotel's prestige. Apart from this the location and breakfast was great!

Check-in and out was a breeze, 5-Star for the hotel upgrading me to a club room, staff were well mannered and listen to clients complaint and request. The only short fall of the property is the parkings, they have limited lots underground, otherwise will have to park across the road for RM10 per entry and risk your lifes running across the road back to hotel.

Pro: Residence quite big. Nice for family trip. Bath tub fantastic Rooftop swimming pool awesome Cons: Register to check-in at 2pm but the room only ready around 7pm. And thats only available after countless call to reception and waiting at the reception counter to complain. Travelling with baby really find this to be unworthy staycation. P/s: if u are not sure to pick residence room or hotel, go for hotel. The ambience seems better. But if u plan to go on the weekend or public holiday, better to reconsider your decision.

Excellent stay. Great location within walking distance to Bukit Bintang and the malls nearby. Sound proof is excellent even with the centrally location and busy road, I had some very good night sleep. As a Gold Rewards member, I got free room upgrade too, and a Dorsett cookies. Thanks!
