No one answered both my phone calls and emails. Even the travel agent could not get a response. If you don’t need to contact them before you get there, you will enjoy the accommodations. I was sure to make them aware, after checki-in, about their communication defects. They seemed unaware yet others had the same issue. Although we all got passed it, it was not a good start for the type of relationship and stay it could have turned out to be based on first impressions.
