Might want to pre-pay to guarantee room selection
Was disappointed. Booked a King Suite and received a twin suite. Called the front desk and they gave me an empty apology. They claimed it was all they had even though the parking lot wasn't even close to full. The bathtub had a dead fly in it. The next morning at checkout they could not produce a receipt even though I didn't pay in advance through Hotels.com.
