Clean and simple hotel. The 24/7 coffee in the lobby was wonderful and the staff was helpful. Check-in took over 20 minutes even though it was after 3pm, but the room wasn't ready yet.

Liked the location, clean place, breakfast included, and the thoughtfulness about the traveler experience. I didn’t like the part of being able to listen through the walls to others making noice, but over all the hotel was great. Will book there again.

Clean but not for light sleepers
Clean, basic, no frills. Biggest issue is the paper thin walls and low water pressure. You hear every step and scrape of someone moving their chair. Next door is a gym and you’ll also hear the music blaring for classes starting quite early alongside the teacher screaming “encouragement”. Area has some walkable restaurants if you’re willing to cross busy roads. Until 5 pm they have a shuttle that will take you downtown. Stayed as this location due to its proximity to an event I was attending and the convenience was worth it.

We stayed there for the 3rd annual Petanque tournament of San Luis Potosi. It was a fine experience. I have two suggestions: 1) make sure staff have local area maps to show people how to walk to local shops, restaurants, etc. 2) make sure staff have recommendations for various types of restaurants. We were happy to take Uber to restaurants but we could not get many recommendations of where to go.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and confortable. Very friendly staffs and the breakfast was very nice too. Fresh fruits, fresh eggs, muffins and lovely espresso coffee.

It took the front desk about 15 min to get their system updated on my hotels.com reservation... apparently because of the time of arrival 12:05 am... other than that this is a clean convenient hotel for quick stays
