Our double queen room had bed bugs which we found a couple hours after being there. One insect looked like a large tick on a pillow behind my friends head. We shared one bed after that, in the morning after waking we saw bugs crawling near our pillows on that bed as well. The rooms appear clean but there were bugs. I wish I had taken photos. The train was loud all night as well as slamming doors and things being dropped in the hall all night.

Bed are awful! The mattresses have huge ditches where people lay they need to be replaced. Conditioner was empty.

We were extremely pleased with our overnight stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly. The whole hotel smelled wonderful and was very clean. Our room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt very safe with the Covid 19 situation. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Perfect room.
The first room was perfect. We went to dinner at Asian Cuisine & came back to our room & got ready for bed. That's when we found there was no shade at the window to block the light shining in to room. The front desk moved us to another room. This room had a window blind. It's 10:30 now & we quickly got ready for bed. This room was perfect, too. Pillow selection of soft, medium, firm was a nice surprise.

Hotel was amazing! Very clean, staff was friendly. Beds were kind of run down, felt like springs under your back. Bathroom was very clean would have loved a little bit more water pressure. Overall I will stay here again in the future!
