Horror fest!
It was a horror fest literally. They advertised free breakfast but failed to have it. The hotel stinks. The room smelled like piss. The older guy at the front desk was literally draining the fun out of my vacation, he charged my card for more fees even after my room was already booked and paid for. I was charged $208.16 additional. My room had piss around the toilet and there was even piss on the tub. I even asked them what did house keeping do. The sheets even smelled awful. The hair dryer looked older than me. This hotel needs a new management team or something. Or just close the doors completely. I will never use Days inn or Wyndham hotels ever again.

Wonderful swimming pool and I had the pool to my self. Pet friendly with a fee. Comfortable bed No elevator. Lots of steps. Mini fridge in room needed defrosting. Bath tub had moldy black spots. Workers wore face masks.

Not recommended
The person at the front desk could have been friendlier. The hotel smelled like smoke and dogs. The room was not clean and the shower drain was rusty. The water pressure in the shower was good. The pillows were small.

Meh.
Easy booking, but instant odor when walking into lobby and hallway.....almost musty, but not totally offensive. Staff were friendly, but not personable and rather short. The worst was the bedspread having stains and burn holes in it. Once that was off, the bed was very comfy. (it had 3 mattress pads on and 1 full zip cover. From reading other reviews, it appears they had a bed-bug problem in the past. The other shortfall was the lack of any good amount of hot water....we are a family of four...had enough hot water for 1.5 showers (not long ones either). The pool area was huge and quite dated, and the pool was slightly over chlorinated, but that didn't stop the kids. Overall it appears that Covid hit this particular location very hard and owners are having a hard time with updating and maintenance.

Just bad
From check in to check out. Fro t cou.ter staff at check in was rude and limited english. Afyernoon staff wasnt helpful even demanded pool towels be returned or they would charge a fee if housekeeping jad to clean them from the room. No breakfast. Limited fridge and micro rooms. Door keys never worked. Pool was not clean This was once a great place to stay. I wouldnt say its up to Wyndham property standards

The vote was horrendous! We ended up not even staying there. No breakfast. Stained bedding. Dirty mirrors. Wrote was torn up. Looked like pizza sauce all over the walls. Mold in the AC.

Facing Death Very Unhappy
I booked a non-smoking room due to issues with asthma and cigarette smoke bothers me quite a bit. My first issue was we got done with the first session of our meeting early Saturday and went to the hotel to check-in at 130pm not realizing check-in did not begin until 3pm. When i said i had a reservation the attendant asked for my ID and credit card which i know is standard, looked things up and roughly 5 mins passed by handed them back to me and looked something else up on the computer and after another 3 or 4 mins then tells me there will be a $45 dollar charge for early check-in. Okay first off why did this person say this right from the start before wasting her time and mine? Obviously nobody would pay $45 to be in 1-1/2 hrs. early in their room. I do understand business rules but their was no one in the parking lot and I had noticed in my time waiting all of the posted information on the ways they were saving on housekeeping so I know the staff was not being over worked. I opted to come back at 3pm to check in problem solved. Secondly i returned to check-in went through the process again waiting several minutes as the attendant was on the phone and by herself at "check-in" time i was then checked in went to the room opened the door and the smoke odor was unbelievable!!! I had been in biker bars that had better air quality!! Sleeping with the window open in February I still used almost a whole inhaler to get through the night. Also No breakfast!!!

Won’t stay there again
The faucet in both the sink and bathroom where leaky and leaked all night. There was some mold/mildew in the shower grout, beds weren’t comfortable. The luggage carts aren’t allowed in the elevators so I had to haul everything up the stairs. And the receptionist watched me take a luggage cart outside load it up and go around the corner knowing there was stairs I had to go up to get to my room on the ground floor and didn’t say a word to me to warn me about the stairs. The side door also did not work so I had to take my dog in and out of the front door every time they needed to go out.
