    I had stayed at this property last year and it had gone down hill since then. There were Walmart shopping carts parked at the doors and somebody had a truck up on jacks working on the wheel bearing. Property was noisy and people coming and going all hours of the night with doors slamming.

    Overwhelming cigarette smoke smell in room

    I cannot express how wonderful the staff was, but ultimately giving a bd review as the first room I was in had an overwhelming cigarette smell. The night manager did move us to a new room, which was better than the original but still pretty bad. We ended up checking out earlier than scheduled.

    COVID DANGER

    No housekeeping staff wore masks while entering guest rooms, in common areas, hallways or elevators. Front desk staff was dissmissive and sarcastic of COVID danger and said it "wasn't their job" to enforce mask mandates for employees and said I could complain to the "President." Staff claimed no manager was on duty and I could call on Monday (2 days later) to complain to a manager.
