Wonderful visit
Alyx went above and beyond! Her customer service was amazing. The property was beautiful and peaceful. If you have kids they will enjoy smores by the fire, the scavenger hunt- we rented a boat and had lunch, did yoga, dinner at Tidal was gourmet, Would have loved to rent bikes and hike the property but ran out of time.

2/10 Poor

Not worth it.
Parking is not included in stay. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Weather prevented us from using any of the amenities or outside bar. Would not stay here again.

6/10 Good

Good for families if you specify needs
I did not get my Silver VIP reward. The hotel and staff did not know how to help me. The resort was lovely for a family. Lots of walking space for kids. They lived the ducks and the beach to play. We went in winter so did not use the pools. Casual restaurant was delicious. Great location and food. They “upgraded” our room but it was next door to a unit they were doing construction on…so loud
