Very friendly front desk employee got us checked in quickly. Rooms were nice the floors are very poorly insulated and cheaply constructed. You will hear every foot step from the people above you if you not top floor.

The room was clean but needed a little TLC. The window covers had a hole and the faucet seemed to leak. I didn't think the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was in a good location and it had very friendly staff. Room was clean, but the bed was awful and AC was putting out some bad musty odor so we could not use it.

The best hotel in St. Charles
This is probably the best hotel in St. Charles. The staff was wonderful and it eas very clean. Due to Covid 19, there was no hot breakfast or indoor pool use but that isnt their fault. I will stay there again while visiting family. Very convenient

The lady at the desk was very rude and did not help. We had no hand soap all weekend and half used lotion bottle. Our tub wouldn’t drain and the pool was dirty.
