Great time un granada. Would appreciate some coffee sachets and milk in the room as we only were given 2 teabags (and had to have black tea). Otherwise the hotel was great and would definitely stay again. Very comfortable night's sleep

A great stay! Highly recommended.
Everything was amazing. The location is perfect. Close to well-known Elvira street full with tapas places and arabic shops! The personnel is so friendly and helpfull. It seems that the hotel was recently renovated so it really looks good for a 3* one!

In this area of Granada it seems challenging to find your way around using GPS or Sygic. Streets are not well marked, lots of narrow streets. Hotel does have parking lots that will offer some reduction in parking rates but we gave up & found our own. Would suggest not even bringing a car to Granada. The hotel is situated between 2 streets, our room faced a very noisy narrow street, loud people out til 3-4 am. We were in the 1st level. Room was warm so seemed necessary to have a window open. Front evening reception lady was wonderful, very helpful & pleasant. Lobby is nicely decorated, hotel itself seems quiet.

Very complicated driving to hotel due to one-way streets and driving street barriers. Before entering small, narrow hotel street, there is a pop-up street barrier you have to stop for and tell someone over the intercom why you want passage. Then you find out the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but with knock off 5 of the 25 euros they charge you at a local parking lot, which is also tricky to get to via car. After having all of this information explained at the front desk, the fact, we received our room key and walked into a room that had not been cleaned. All three beds were slept in, while the bathroom had a foul smell. We were given a different room immediately, which was fine except for the lack of room to place your toiletries in the bathroom. Now for the good side, convenient location and friendly staff. workers, Except for parking situation, good hotel for price.
