Front Desk yells at me
I accidentally picked a room for 1 instead of 3 and was being charged extra in person. I told the front desk person that I wanted to double check on the app. He then started yelling at me and said that they could refuse service to us. At this point I was the only guest in the lobby, my two male friends were outside bringing the luggage. As soon as they walked in, he lowered his voice and stopped being rude to me. He then directed his attention to my male friend and tried to explain to him what was going on. I felt scared because his reaction was out of nowhere. I tried to defuse the situation because it was 11:30 pm and we were tired. But the interaction made me feel very upset and unsafe.

Dismal, will not return or recommend
For the price bed was okay and at check-in front desk was friendly. Hallway smells horrible...Non Smoking, but cigarette Burns ecident in multple spots on bedspread and desk, holes for wall outlets not completely covered by outlet cover. Items left in room one first day removed while I was out for day. Unopened drinks from fridge and opened snacks with bag. No one ever at front desk after I returned to room, no one answered phone calls. No one at front desk for check out, just a bucket of liquid with note that said to deposit key.
