Service- Thumbs Down
It is an average Best Western. Basic Breakfast. It seems to be an older Hotel for Best Western. Nothing outstanding to say about the place. I paid for a room with a refrigerator. Stayed 4 nights with a non-working one. I told the front desk the night I arrived and on the 2nd day. No fix or replacement. Front Desk answer was I don't have authority. A hotel with close to 300 rooms and they can't replace a refrigerator? Thumbs down. I stayed at a different Best Western in Hartford a few days later. Had a problem, fixed in 30 minutes. Completely night and day between the two hotels. Overall rating a shoulder shrug. Won't stay there again.

Disappointing
Room smelled bad, dirty sheets were on the bed when we arrived. Front desk staff are rude, slow and act like you’re bothering them anytime you talk to them. They advertise a waterfront property but our room was facing a parking lot. Informed manager of complaints and she didn’t give us any discount at all
