This is a lovely, comfortable corner apartment in a small development close to the 27 hole La Sella golf course.
Fully fitted kitchen. There is Air conditioning in the lounge, with Wifi. The Balcony has table and chairs for 4. There is off road parking for 2 cars.
The La Sella golf course is set amongst fragrant fruit groves and stunning scenery. The resort has an 27 hole Golf course, tennis club, equestrian facilities, restaurant, bar and shops as well as a Spa at the nearby 5* hotel.

A 10 minute drive to Javea and Denia beaches, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops., a great apartment for golfers or just for a quite family holiday.
It has basic Spanish and English TV, some German.
There is an obligatory cleaning fee of 85 euros per stay. Linen and towels are included in the price.
We also ask for a refundable breakage deposit of 200 euros.
