Nice clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. We had dinner at Explorers Lounge which was ok, but seems like there isn’t a great selection of food at Lake Louise. Didn’t eat at either of the other restaurants or use the pool so not sure about these. Parking was easy, laundry was handy. Short drive to the lake which wasn’t busy as was winter. A good option to stay given there isn’t much around.

The room smelled like an old shoe and was uncomfortably hot, even in March and the window open. Terribly hot. My family and I will not return. There are other places with better rates and rooms

We had lots of options for our quick get away to Lake Louise. We usually stay in Banff and my son wanted to be closer to the hill so we stayed here. We paid the $30 more for a deluxe room. Definitely not worth the additional money. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms are in need of a renovation. I am a small business owner as well so I take feedback to heart. I live supporting all local businesses but my experience was not good. Our bathroom sink drain was stuck and the sink would drain. The toilet paper holder was also broken. Sorry to provide this review

Its a bit noisy. We can hear people next door opening and closing their door. One of the sheet have a spot of blood on it. The heater doesn't work properly, they gave us portable heater.

Staff are awesome ! It is difficult to judge a property during Covid times as so many facilities restricted ( including access to most of the lobby )- makes your stay very “ institutional”.. We found the beds very uncomfortable- we were in a renovated room. Food was ok ( breakfast).. we ended up driving into Banff for dinner as dinner options in and around the Lodge were beet very minimal - again Covid times . I think best to ask fir reviews once all this craziness is over
