The staff made this trip a great one
Right from check in to check out the staff were so kind and helpful Especially the reception staff and in particular Hadija (I hope that is the right spelling). She organised my Wi-Fi and also my safari trip. Nothing was too much trouble for her and always with a smile on her face. the food here is amazing. The lamb shank, the best i have had. I look forward to staying again soon

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was small and hard. We left lots of goods for my mom who took over our room when we left the hotel and the cleaners “stole” all the goods. By the time my mom checked in, the goods were all missing including the cool drinks in the fridge.

Our 2nd stay in 5 weeks and just as good. Staff always amazing, breakfast is fabulous with such good choices, cleanliness was superb. Location is perfect for visiting The Waterfront. Always our first choice now!

The Commordore is a very short 5 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff was very friendly. The room was always cleaned. There were 2 issues one of which I don't think that they'll do anything about, The warm food at the breakfast buffet was truly cool to cold except for the omelet station. The second was that the shower door would not swing out towards us and they had to fix it. It happened again but we didn't say anything because we were leaving just a few hours later.
