No room servicing for a 4 day 3 night stay
Arrived on sat and had to approach the reception on Monday evening after being out sightseeing to ask why the room had not been attended, no clean towels, no bed refresh and wine glasses etc not removed. I was asked if I had asked for the room to be serviced? I don't think I have ever asked for this, or been asked if I want it! Just thought that might come as standard for a £200+ per night room. Reception apologised and said they can see from my check-in that this was not asked. Is this new?

Not impressed
Although a double delux room was booked we were placed in a family room of which was far from delux. Air con did not work so we had to sleep in a very hot room with the window open. The room overlooked the carpark so at the crack of dawn we were awakened by cars and people leaving. Entrance to the bathroom was restricted do to the size of the second bed. Bathroom hazard, very slippery floor with no shower mat or bath mat.
