I got to the hotel at 1:00pm for check-in since it was a Sunday and the games were on at the Stadium Swim pool but they informed my room was not ready that it may take about 30 mins too an hour but it tool basically the time until 3pm but they offered me a drink beverage for the misfortune of missing most of my time at Stadium swim to watch the games.

Horrible customer service
Customer service is horrible. The hotel oversold their rooms so we cannot get the room we booked. The noise from the swim pool/ fremont street is on from 7am to 11pm so we could not have a good rest. The sky lounge has the worse customer service. We need to walk around to get a waitress to order drinks and it took 20 mins to have a drink. Then it took another 20 min to get my credit card back by going to ask the manager directly as no one brought back my bill. They just kept my credit card.

Dissatisfied
We used the Eco Friendly Service by not having any room service but we had to call and wait way too long to get our garbage picked up and get towels. I spent a lot of money and your resort because my daughter got married and I booked 4 different rooms and paid for a pool party $10k and thought I would of received better comps not to mention I also gambled quite a bit?
