Terrible experience
We were very disappointed with the Hotel Leuka. The first room we were given was like a prison cell, the beds were like rocks. The antiquated air con blew out cold air and lots of dust which was very uncomfortable. I noticed there was a big gap where there should have been a fridge. We asked for another room but they were very hesitant to give us one. After a lot of persuasion we were given an alternative with still no fridge. It was old and smelly. we could not sleep. All in all a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay!!

Worst and horrible experience ever!
On arrival, I kindly ask them to please let me used their Wi-Fi to transfer between my accounts and make payment, they refunded! I he’s to walk to the city centre to ask for Wi-Fi in other to connect. The bathroom smells I had close the door and open the window for fresh air. There was lots of hair on the bed and duvet. Complain I was told because they wash all the beddings together. It was horrible never going there.
