Lovely hotel with fab service
Excellent location, brilliant service and our room was spacious, bright and clean. The only downside for us was that we were on the top floor with a sloping roof above the bed, which wasn't ideal for my 6"4 husband (he couldn't sit up in it) and that we had two single duvets instead of one queen/double. However, overall it was a great stay.

Excellent Hotel
Comfort Hotel was excellent, we wanted a well priced, modern, comfortable Ulm hotel, not too near the bells! Rooms not too small, great wifi. We got all plus 24 hr reception, service with a smile, good English, very helpful, quiet, best breakfast ever, close to everything. A fan and kettle on request, super clean. Nice beds. Recommend it highly.

Getting to the room from the hotel lobby was a hassle. After getting off the elevator, we had to go through a long corridor, then climb another flight of stairs, then another corridor, then more stairs...Breakfast room is nice. Reasonable distance to a lot of choices of restaurants.

We had a wonderful top floor room that was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for four. There were great views over the rooftops of both Ulm Munster and St. George Church. Front desk staff was very friendly and recommended an amazing restaurant just down the street for dinner. Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and well worth the €6 per person. The location was great, short walk to Ulm Munster as well as lots of shops and restaurants. Parking garage was below hotel and reasonably priced.

Great location and room
Very spacious hotel room and nice size bathroom. The hotel staff, especially one young lady, who translated for us and brought extra pillows to our room, was very pleasant. Garage easy to get to, elevator opened at lobby level. Location was ideal, and breakfast well done. Would recommend this hotel.
