Great Hotel!!
Great customer service and the room was excellent. Only one complaint and that is the thinness of the walls between the rooms. There was an adjoining door and we could hear everything in the other room.

How about that grass!
Room was OK. The air conditioner is too loud for a good nights sleep as it comes on and off constantly. We always stayed here because of the previous pet policy. Now it's $25 a day per dog. I understand the fee, but I would suggest that you take a portion of the pet proceeds and at least put the turf back in the dog potty area. It is mostly dirt and mud and I was worried about our pups tracking it back to the room. Overall, this hotel is on the downhill in appearance and upkeep.

I'd rather be camping
Dirty bed. Dirty curtains. Dirty floor. poor hotel design with pool off lobby because slopping wet people cross the main desk during check-in. Other people we know found prescription pills on the floor under the bed and their toddler found them. SCARY! The only worker looked overworked. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sound proofing was non existant and there were dogs barking everywhere.
