Give it a miss
Shockingly bad. We stayed for 3 nights and every night was noisey and we had very little sleep. The 1 star is for the cleaners for supplying an extra blanket. They did forget we had booked for 3 people ie 2 glasses, 2 bath towels ect. I think its a smoking hotel, or staff dont care. The noise from the other hotel guests was horendous , paper thin walls. I had to guide my family past ladies of the night, in the hallway. Full blown riot (party) by some guest . Security night staff must have been hideing away or asleep freightened like many of the guests. I think this hotel is badly managed and falling apart. One Window had no handle and other window had no security lock. The rroom is shabby , shower curtain discusting. Furniture shabby and old. Carpet knackered and stained. No Bar , no lounge area. A cafe. 100 yards away claiming to be part of the hotel. Tried to complain , manager unavailable. This is not a hotel its a doss house Take your money elsewhere. Its a horrrible place to stay. Travelodge in Waterford is 1 star at most.

It was clean & comfortable. Gentleman on reception was very helpful and pleasant. Went that little bit extra to make us feel very welcome.
