Great for a preflight stay. Free shuttle to Rome was awesome and easy to get. We had a late night flight and were able to enjoy a great day wandering around Rome thanks to Hilton shuttle . Top marks
Staff eccellente ma Hotel inadeguato. Arredi obsoleti, camera con 2 ospiti e biancheria solo per 1 ospite, finiture delle porte in bagno marcite, e purtroppo difficili da mantenere puliti, nessun punto usb impensabile nel 2020 ( sempre avute uscite usb anche in pensioncina ad 1 stella) parcheggio costosissimo . Staff assolutamente fantastico ma nel 2020 un Hilton non puo’ non avere I minimi standards che un viaggiatore deve trovare .
Room was very good and staff very friendly. We ordered a dinner at room (40€) and it was served cold; told to leave the dinner tray out of the door, the day after it was still there.
Really a very nice place to stay. Francesca was eager to assist and made our stay very enjoyable.

As I have told you already, I had to cancel this booking some months ago because the travel restrictions imposed by the Covid situation meant that the entire trip connected with it was not possible. I have stayed in this hotel many times and the hotel itself is fine and the most convenient at the Rome airport since physically connected with it.
Great hotel location.... Do NOT purchase Expedia “Hotel Booking Protecion Plus”. Do not waste your money on this fake insurance coverage. They will not pay you once/if you make a claim...they will find whatever reason to not pay you.
Because of the covid-19 our cruise got cancelled and we are not able to travel out of the country by law. They would not give us a credit for future travel in 2022 when we will be going to Rome again. All other hotels in Germany and Italy either gave credit or a refund even the rooms that had no cancellation policy.
Except the cleaning issue ... i was very welcome. Thanks a lot
