Great price for per night stay. We arrived past midnight, and there was someone to help us check in. Staff were very helpful with suggestions for transport and tourist destinations around the city. Living quarters are very cozy; well-thought of design and aesthetic. The loft felt very comfortable, and well equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, iron, hangers, hairdryer, you name it. Zoku is within comfortable distance to the metro (our main mode of transport around Vienna), and relatively close to the Innere Stadt as well. Surprisingly, the amusement park was not at all a noise hazard. The in-house restaurant was a pleasant surprise for us, with excellent food, great ambience and good service - definitely worth a try if you get weary of Viennese restaurant experience.

Really enjoyed the hotel! Our room was right beside a roller coaster and ran all night till midnight. So that was loud. They told us we got free breakfast but then got charged for it at the end which was very pricy. Triple check when they tell you that. Otherwise great accommodations, very unique and safe!
