The hotel was fairly new so the condition of the room was obviously up to par but the tendants across from my room and above my room were so loud I couldn’t even get an ounce of sleep. Tried calling the front desk a few times and did not get an answer. Went to the front desk to file a complaint but I couldn’t find anyone. So I decided to just leave. Would not ever book a room with this hotel again.

Not worth it Just a tv and bed
Room is very basic and bare minimum. No iron, hairdryer, ice or coffee. The check-in process was terrible. The staff was unprofessional. We arrived around 7pm, after traveling 4hrs and giving my reservation name the front desk receptionist still wouldn’t allow me to run to the restroom for paying guests so I had to find a nearby gas station. After returning it was still about a 20 minute process. I was told they don’t issue refunds so we first had to glance the room. I got the room key went upstairs and the key doesn’t work, go back to front desk and she issues another key, go back and same issue. This time the employee accompanied me to the room with her master key to let me in and glance. Everything is fine with the room and I go back to the desk to finish paper work, this takes another 15 minutes. At this point I’m so ready to just get in my room. Issued more keys that don’t work. Luckily my boyfriend stayed when she let us in and that’s how I was able to get back in my room. About an hour later we went downstairs to smoke. After closing our room door we checked to see if the key would work and it didn’t. We went to the front desk after coming in and had to wait to be acknowledged while we can hear staff talking and laughing in back. When I mentioned “documentation” the manager on duty appears. We explained our frustration this entire time, she had to accompany us to our room where we would be locked in for the night because we couldn’t enter without being escorted.

Business travel for 2 days. Place was new, clean and staff was very friendly. However if they are targeting any business travelers they should provide better toiletries and comfort items.

The front desk lady was extremely welcoming and helpful. She was so nice and made the check in process so smooth. The room was clean and in great condition (these are newly built suites which help). I had no problems at all! Would def recommend and will be back.
