A little run down, but perfect location!
Just back from a 3 night stay at the Cheshire Hotel and it was more than adequate for our needs. Granted, the whole place could do with a bit of sprucing up, but given that you get what you pay for, this is a great low-cost option if you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night night. PRO’S: - 5min walk from Tottenham Court Road tube - 3min walk to main bus routes - 10min bus journey from Euston Station - 5min walk to British Museum - Perfectly located for West End Theatres - Staff were extremely accommodating - 24hr cafe over the road, reasonably priced - Very comfortable bed - Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily, bedding every 2 days. - 24hr reception CON’S: - Building and facilities in a poor state of repair and decoration. - Rooms very small. - Room only basis - no breakfast provided. Would we return? Definitely!

On arrival and room allocation, we entered our room to find that the maid wasn’t finished. The staff were extremely apologetic and upgraded us to an apartment. 100% recommendation given.

Very Basic Budget Hotel in Center of London
Hotel is very basic with only the dire essentials. Bed was comfortable and room was decently clean. Bathroom lacks a counter or a clothes hook. There is no safe in the room. The property seems to have some renovations that have not been finished. I could see unfinished work in the hallways and lobby.
