The stay was amazing,The hospitality the bar the pool was exceptional. our experience overall was a ten, the concierge and the hotel amenities were very accommodating the only complaint I have is due to Covid there was a lack of resources such as restaurants and access to the beach. I would totally recommend this hotel to others and I’m going to be returning for a second trip.

Little consideration for people with disabilities. There is no valet parking and parking is far from the hotel. Be careful when paying by credit card. I was charged for my stay 3 times! And to claim it was a headache. The money I had for consumption at the hotel was frozen with the card charges. I could not consume anything! Anyway, it was a horrible weekend.

The parking is expensive and you have to walk too much to the hotel. Everything is clean but the carpets have a moisty odor. You need to ask for a blower in the front desk because they don't have in the room. They don't put bottle of water in the room. I think that the hotel is expensive. They only include the breakfast that is the same each day.

There’s no good cable tv channels.. the TVs doesn’t had wifi... and no smart apps to see tv. We are in pandemic so basically we o lo was able to use the pool and gym. The breakfast was awful and was always the same... eggs with sausage!!!
