A great long weekend in Venice
Didn't pay a lot for this hotel (by Venice standards) so didn't expect much, but room was large, claen and comfortable, staff were helpful and freindly, and breakfast was much more than we expected for an Italian hotel breakfast. Location was very handy, and quiet, and seemed to be about in the middle of everything that we wanted to see or do (as tourists) in this town, as well as being only a few minutes from an airport vaporetto stop. Couldn't find an English language TV station, but we shouldn't have been looking at the TV anyway, as we were supposed to be enjoying Venice after all!

Great location!
Perfect location, quick walk to St Mark's square and easy to get to by the water bus. Staff very friendly and the room had lots of space and a new modern bathroom. Room was beautiful! The only negative would be the walls are quite thin and I could hear breakfast dishes in the morning - however this was not an issue for me but a note for light sleepers.

Great place, great location
Great little hotel in fantastic location for everything venice. Really in the heart of the city being minutes walk from the water bus routes, minutes from St. Mark's Square and surrounded by great restaurants. The room we had was spacious and the kids sofa / bunk bed (yes, a sofa bunk bed) was perfect for them as both are under ten years old. The breakfast buffet was small but perfect with a good choice. Service brilliant and very helpful - we will return to stay again

Worst hotel in rome
Location was great; but the hotel itself is such a pain. The lift was tiny and never worked properly. You have to keep your finger on the up button in order for it to work the whole journey! And it was so so slow. Our room was so small our bags wouldn't fit. The bed provided was for a single person. It was literally one single twin bed. Upon complaining, they did end up changing our room; however, they saw nothing wrong with it. The major issue is that the photos for the room we booked were different to what the room actually was. The room we got Was not even included in any photo of the hotel! The staff, I.e cleaners, hotel staff Etc are extremely rude. They roll their eyes any time a question is asked. I'd never ever stay here again
