The Concierge services are amazing and Gustavo is just exceptional! The staff is lovely. The improvement would be for international travelers to get early check in at 8 am after a 15 hr plus flight and have late check out for 5 pm to early the last day before going to the airport at 6 pm for a night flight back to another continent. we would wish all hotels to adopt theses standards of services-like the ole’days of traveling. Hilton Auckland was so much better than Doubletree -Christchurch!
