Horrible service

TV wouldn’t work, lady at desk said she could be there in 20 mins and I just put on pjs and was just wanting to rest. I only had a few hours to rest before getting back on the road. Phone want hookrd in and I didn’t know. So, had to call my friends who were upstairs just to see about calling the office. After this, I had no time to wait on her to come check it out. The alarm was unhooked and placed in the drawer as well. Woman in office had bad attitude and when went to check k out; this lady was incredibly rude and tried to charge me for another room. Finally after about 15-20 mins she finally understood that the previous lady did not change 214 to 208; just added it.
