lovely hotel
A lovely hotel, excellent staff. Very nice swimming pool. Very good restaurant with beautiful views over the city. A free shuttle bus to a very pleasant beach resort which leaves at 11.30 and returns at 17.00. Only aspect to be aware of is that it is 15 minute walk to the main city centre and marina, longer back as it is uphill. Taxis are easy and inexpensive

Had a great stay at Marmara. Gorgeous hotel property, grounds, and outstanding view!! We loved this hotel. The service however, could be improved. Staff was friendly and nice, but not very proactive. Being picky , but I would expect at a 5 star hotel that I would not have to ask the front desk more than once for my room to be cleaned, for example. The service at pool and breakfast could also be improved. These are very minor issues, and I would definitely return to Marmara as the property is excellent, just needs a few tweaks in service.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Close to the Marina and other attractions. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Good bed hard mattress and hotel provided hard pillow as I requested. Really appreciate it.
