Pleasant stay. Staff was nice. The coffee/tea station was quite limited. I had to ask…

Everything was OK. The only thing was not daily room cleaning.I had to leave a few garbage bags in the room, which I didn't like. I did not see an area to put the garbage, otherwise I would have thrown it away The rest in excellent service, The girls were spectacular.

The room was not clean, the window curtains were stained and it looked like it was blood, the closet door was missing. Not a single guest was wearing a face covering or social distancing from others. Given the current pandemic, I didn’t feel safe.

OK hotel but there are other options.
We found the hotel OK. Fixtures and bath were dirty and outdated. We found a former guest robe on the back of the bathroom door. TV did not work. They gave us a discount so I appreciate all of that. Just know there are better options in the area.

Safety not a priority
I was very disappointed with the staff and their disregard for their paying customers safety. None of the staff wore masks even though the website talked about safety during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The barrier screens at the front desk were pushed to the far ends of the desk and we’re not being used and the clerk did not have a mask on. Due to a storm passing through two days before their computer was not running so I had to write down my credit card information which I did not feel comfortable with. Then every time we wanted access to our room the clerk had to let us in our room again not wearing a mask and we had to squeeze past her to get inside our room While she held the door open clearly not following CDC guidelines.

The fact we’re in a pandemic, and NO employees wearing masks. From reception to cleaning.

Adequate
Old hotel that has not been well maintained. Room temperature is either really hot or really cold. Carpet was dirty & had to walk through a group of smokers who were hanging out at the front door. No good for those with a lung condition. Very small bathroom & gym without good ventilation.
