I left within a few hours. The rooms are gross. When I walked in there was a crab in the room. They killed it and flushed it down the toilet. I asked to move 3 times. They didn’t have anything. So I left and went to vivo resorts. Much better!

Lovely place except the coco club pools were both closed for Reno. Had booked this trip last January as had stayed at posada in Cabo twice. We’re very excited to enjoy the coco level so shocked to get down there and find it basically shut down. Could still get a drink and beach chair but that was all and we had no prior warnings of this from hotels.com or posada at check in or first morning when waiting for beach shuttle not the posada service we were used too however bellhop and buffet staff were amazing No drink service

The hotel itself is decent, but unfortunately the only helpful staff members were the bellboy and the maid. The front desk people were beyond unhelpful and it wasn’t until I asked for a manager that I was able to get my problem solved. The first room they gave us resembled a hospital room and had a mouldy odour. When I went to the desk and asked to be moved they said they were fully booked which was a lie. When I asked for the manager somehow he was able to change the room for us as well as the friends that we were traveling with. Every other interaction with the desk was difficult at best
