Safe didn’t work, asked for 3 days to have it fixed. No luck. Also called the front desk and no one answered so I left a message and they said they would get back to me shortly. It’s been 10 days now and still no call back.

Good location and pleasant staff. Bathroom was mouldy especially in the shower area. Bedding clean and comfortable.

Good enough.
Let down a little by renovations going on, so, no bar or restaurant. Also note this is less a hotel & more an “aparthotel” there appear to be full time residents in the building. Laundry service just once a week…ok if you are there for a week. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, &, shower was good.

Hotel was worn, tired. No free parking on site - had to park 500metres away. Not cheap at $230. Spending tonight in another motel in Takapuna. Free parking on site, unit as new inside (far better than Spencer) and only $135!
