Lots of dogs there for 4 day dog show including mine. No doggy bags provided to pick up after your dog even though there was a stand to hold them. Container overflowing with poop bags were never emptied - in 5 days! Very cheap towels, no coffee maker in the room. Bedspread and blanket had holes. Scant breakfast provided. Noisy. Walls are thin. Was woken up at 3:30am by couple fighting next door. Handicap bath was not a step in. Shower head fixed and not able to pull down. No handheld. I will not be staying at a Red Roof again.

I reserved the room through hotels.com.A second time because my First time at a Different location was Decent. This time prior to coming at the location.My conversation with the Desk clerk was contentious & annoying.She made mistakes to what email that my i.d. and card info was to go?.The mgr nat patel tried over talking me abt rate.I Didnt let himDISRESPEC You should have it on file Already,I just visited Saturday.rudely she said its not in the system.And she proceeded to give me the wrong email redroof@gmail.com.Mind you I asked was it correct?.She said yes.Only to say Im sorry its another one that numbers didnt lead then redroofinnstockbridge etc. No manager was around to help me.After I told her that she gave me the wrong email that I sent my info to.I instantly turned off my card because of Credit/Debit theft.I then arrived and asked to see the room?.It was Very thoroughly cleaned.I checked the beds ,made sure the t.v. worked that there were clean towels and soap Check then returned to counter to check in. Today the mgr found out I complained to corporate about last night.He Nat Patel Apologized saying the young woman was New.I listened but was trying to pay for another night.I inquired about the price he quoted me?.It wasnt the same as online.I wasnt being difficult he was trying to over talk me.I was just making sense of what he was said about online and in person prices differ. He said in an escalating toned that he was the owner.I told him you Wont Disrespect me.
