Yuck
Room did not appear to be cleaned. Underwear from prior guest in dresser drawer. Bathroom tub had a ton of hair in it, and toilet had what appeared to be blood under the seat. While sitting in lobby a guest came down and complained of having found bed bugs in her room. Overall location was decent but rooms were pretty gross. Won’t be back.

Not what we were expecting
The hotel was clean and the checkout staff kind & friendly. However we were disappointed. I made a point to call the hotel before booking to ask if the pool & hot tub were open. An annoyed-sounding female voice said yes then promptly hung up. We booked here specifically for the hot tub. Then at check in we discovered that not only was the hot tub closed due to Covid, but it had been “out of order” for a while. Very disappointed.

We have stayed here many times and found the condition of the hotel to be below par. The shower water was lukewarm at best. vathroom could use some updating as well.
