Great Property, Not so Great Company Policy
Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Just make sure that you don't make a mistake on your booking as you won't get any help. I accidently booked the wrong dates and was offered no help whatsoever to change it back. I've stayed here several times and love the hotel. I was therefore, thoroughly disappointed that I was offered no options to make the changes I required. I offered to pay the difference to cover any losses that the hotel would incur, but this made no difference. It was ultimately my mistake and therefore my problem, but customer service is often measured when things don't go to plan. The company policy around such incidents is poor, in my opinion. It is a great shame as I really like the hotel. The staff on reception during the nights we did stay, were great.
