Great to explore Seville and chill at the pool
Borja at reception was really helpful, great professional. Rooms were clean and swimming pool area was great. "New normal" Breakfast was quite alright. It is also easy to park outside the hotel. You need a car or taxi to go into the city, but the area is nice.

An ok stay. A lot to be desired
It was ok. The staff are nice and welcoming, and the place is huge, but could be so much better. Building works were happening when we arrived and we were not informed. Only 1 lift worked, which was an inconvenience. The room was not cleaned to a high standard and the toilet roll and toiletries were not replenished. As the place was so huge the acoustics were awful and we were on a room the straddled the entrance and the atrium so it was always noisy. The room was often cold.
