Friendly staff, lacked cleanliness in room
The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was not clean and there was mold under the bath mat. While they brought up a new mat for the tub, the issue wasn’t taken care of during our stay. The room was not very clean and I ended up using our clorox wipes to clean the door handles and doors. The hotel had signs stating to wear masks in public areas, however not many were and staff informed us it wasn’t something they could enforce. We ended up not using their resort features.

It was good i wish that the house keeping could have left some wash rags for us but everything else good i enjoyed my stay. Front desk was awesome and they was very polite. I will booking a room there again soon. Thank you for y'all hospitality

Perfect family friendly hotel!
I highly recommend this hotel. I was nervous due to this being our first time staying here and the price being affordable made me hesitant the that it would be old and outdated. We were pleasantly surprised the room was clean, modern and SUPER comfy beds. The pools and amenities were all in GREAT condition. The staff were quick and nice. Lindsey was great at getting us checked in quickly and giving all info needed for a great stay. The breakfast was good just not as advertised in the pictures. Overall great hotel and great time for people with kids. We will be back!

Great stay- only flaw was that the sun visor in our room didn’t work, and our room faced the pool area, so it was difficult to sleep early because of the light coming into our room. I requested a maintenance service early Saturday and return that night to find the visor still not operable

Definitely could use a real good cleaning
We got in late and we were all exhausted we finally get to our room and they gave us a room that was not cleaned, the there was hair and popcorn in the bed, stains on the sheet in the pullout couch, hair in the bathtub. Completely disgusting! They gave us a new room and apologized, the new rooms couchbhad stains on it as well as the carpet but at least the sheets were clean. The amineties looked like they would be so fun but only the pools were open, the zip line and rock climbing wall are only open on sat sun and tue so that was upsetting.We definitely will not be be staying again :( on a good note the breakfast staff were great!

Good bones but needs updating.
The ac hardly worked but made loud sounds when it ran. The power curtains were inoperable so we couldn’t block any of the light from the pool area out. So between the ac and blinds it was a hard time getting rest even after spending all night in the theme parks.

The hotel was nice. They could do a better job with the breakfast situation. Not everyone wants the one thing they were offering. The park had no reason to be closed (as we all now know Covid doesn’t live in the equipment) they should let everyone know at booking what is and isn’t open.

The hotel is ok, not so clean in the common area. It comes with some activities, but it’s mean for younger kids. It will be great for family with younger children.
