Not The Best Experience

The overall stay wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best. I selected a deluxe king room and was put into a 2 queen bed room. I paid close to $300 for a room i didn’t select. Although the room was cleaned, it didn’t feel clean. The room seemed outdated and the restroom was what felt the most dirty and uncomfortable to be in. The service was very friendly and helpful. This is my first, not so good experience with The Anaheim Hotel. I would definitely stay again as long as I get put in a room I paid for/selected. I’ve never had a bad experience in the deluxe king rooms, those specific rooms are amazing. They feel and looks clean. The rest of the rooms need an update.
