I don't think it is a 4-star hotel. The hotel is old and I saw a cockroach in the washroom. There is no chair or little room to place your belongings and we need to put our things on the floor. The bed is pretty small, definitely not a King size. However, the location is good. There are souvenir shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and a night market behind the hotel.
