Not happy
Traveling with elderly parents and we had a very long flight from Portugal. We arrived at JFK around 9:30 and didn’t know they were doing work at JFK. We caught a shuttle to the air tram to get to where we was supposed to call for hotel shuttle. Got all the way over there and we had 10 minutes before shuttle stopped running. He wouldn’t come pick us up. By the time we navigated back to airport terminal and called a taxi, it was midnight before we got to hotel. Front desk was not accommodating in the slightest. My parents have many health problems and he didn’t seem to care.
