I stayed late 2022 and returned because it was convenient and pleasant to stay at. This time I was very disappointed. The room was noisy - I could hear people coming and going in the foyer, doors banging and noise from the street. Had trouble with the TV and two wake up calls that were booked were not received.

Quite disappointed with the quality of this hotel. We booked as 4* and were looking forward to this. The duvet was dirty and the bed kept rolling away. The bathroom was also quite dirty.

Nice clean hotel central to Sydney CBD with good transport options. Good buffet breakfast, plenty of eating places around, friendly helpful staff. Good price. No complaints at all. Staff accommodated my needs. Would stay again.

Great Location
Despite the room being a bit old and the bathroom having some mold around the bathtub, it was still clean overall. And the location couldn't be better - you can easily reach most of the points of interest in Sydney city from here! Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants that stay open late nearby. All in all, I would definitely choose to stay here again if I were to visit Sydney. Highly recommended!

Nice stay
We stayed 3 nights and found it a very good location within Sydney. Although we used very little of the hotel's amenities we found it clean and very nicely located. It is near the edge of China Town and there are many good restaurants at hand particularly from the asian continent. The hotel is also within relatively easy walking distance of Darling Harbour and Central station.
