It is a total rip-off to be charged full price and not be informed that the pool was closed for construction. We booked to wrap up a cruise vacation. I am handicapped and cold not walk to the beech. The pictures on your website of the rooms are FAR different what they actually looked like. Very disappointing. We waited awhile to check-in as the receptionist was having a personal conversation with another employee and on her cell phone. She was rude as well. We still had to pay to use the pool, even though it was under construction.

Perfect view
Pool was under construction so that was a bummer but we were informed about that as soon as I made the reservation so it was no big deal. The construction wasn't that big of a deal. The view was stunning , the bed was comfy and the shower was hot. A limited Starbucks and some nice shops were in the lobby. The restaurant has a limited menu as well but I was pleasantly surprised by the hangar steak.
