The grounds are beautiful that’s about it. The staff is poor the food is even worse and all inclusive is not worth it. And the upgrades to premier is a joke.

Considering the current conditions with COVID, we did have a good experience. Very clean and the staff was always very helpful and caring. Sanitation was on point! However my only complain about my whole stay was that it was impossible to reserve in the high end restaurants. They were always booked!!
